Next morning someone from tyrepac called me to confirm the order and I asked if I can have the tyres on the same day. She checked for me and called me back an hour later and said YES NO PROBLEM. All done in 24 hrs. I thought that was good service! Tyres were in good condition, no issues with that.

I read their reviews on the internet and found it is a good set of tyres at a good price equal to Goodyear. The rolling resistance is low and contribute to lower fuel consumption. It is also made in Finland and Nokian V and the Z G2 has good test results. You should try Nokian.

Have done about 450km on the tyres as on date. Have to admit that the tyres are very quiet (compared to the Advan ST I was on earlier). Another thing I have noticed is that the tyres have excellent rolling capability i.e. when I take the foot off the pedal, the car loses speed very slowly. I can already notice that the fuel efficiency has improved. Bottom line - very happy with the Nokian as of now.

Below is my review : Like Factor : 1. Good prices 2. Wide range to select 3. No aggressive up-selling 4. Can install near my office 5. Someone from TP actually called me to confirm the order...nice human touch 6. A few months later, i had problems with the tyres. I called TP and they took care of it without putting up a fight. 7. Frank Yeo On Wednesday, November 03, 2010 in Singapore It was 5pm on a weekday afternoon when my car servicing workshop called to tell me they could not find the bolt needed to unlock my wheel nut. I was desperate as all the tyre shops were closed for the day, and I needed to locate one that could correctly identify the unlocking bolt my rim needed. That was when I remembered Tyrepac and thought they could help. I had read about Tyrepac months earlier, so I hurriedly logged onto this website and initiated a Live Chat with Ms. Seow Sian. To my pleasant surprise, Ms. Seow Sian stayed "on the line" with me for almost an hour. She even requested that I email over a photo of my rims so she could help me identify the manufacturer. One can only imagine the amount of hard work she must have done at her end, calling up the tyre suppliers to match the make and model of the rims. It was definitely no mean feat on her part. All this was done extremely professionally and promptly, although it must have been near closing time for Tyrepac as well! Finally, Ms. Seow Sian came back with a possible supplier of the rims, and referred me to a tyre retailer who sold them along with the contact number of a mechanic who could help. She did all of this willingly, despite the fact that I wasn't online that day to purchase tyres from Tyrepac. I was deeply impressed. In the course of my work I have interacted with my fair share of online retailers. Most of them have a "Live Chat" button on their websites, but most provide only cursory support aimed at getting the visitor to buy. On the contrary, Ms. Seow Sian showed that she genuinely cared about the customer and was willing to provide the best service possible. In the evening after the whole episode, I even received a phone call from Mr. Ler, the Managing Director himself, to make sure that everything was alright. I dare say that if I have to purchase tyres for my cars from now on, it will be from Tyrepac. They have just made me a customer for life and I unequivocally recommend their services. In the shady world of car workshops and unscrupulous tyre shops, Tyrepac is a breath of fresh air. Thank you!
Dr WM Tan On Saturday, October 30, 2010 in Singapore My experience with Tyrepac came after a tiring search for the right tyre size/brand from those regular tyre shops in industrial and HDB estates and being let down by countless broken promises of these shops. I was looking around for a set of tyres for my car. Unfortunately, there were not make makes and models with the right size. I chanced upon Tyrepac on the internet and decided to give them a call. Ms Soh Seow Sian received my call enquiry and helped me check the availability of my tyre size and the corresponding brand and tyre models. She has a good product knowledge and was able to advise me on the 'best possible brand/model for my car'. Despite being a firm supporter and customer of Bridgestone tyres (which Tyrepac does not sell), I was impressed and convinced by Ms Soh's recommendations. And so, I bought a set of 4 Japan-made Goodyear Eagle LS2000 Hybrid 2 (225/60R16-98H) immediately. Prices were very reasonable (offer as well!) and it saved me a significant sum over purchasing from other 'roadside' tyre shops. Ms Soh's excellent customer service did not end there at the click of 'submit' for my purchase; she went the extra mile to personally make arrangements for an earlier (soonest possible) installation day and time for me, and also recommending me to Eagle Store @ Eunos Techpark for fitting. The service (installation) provided by Terry @ Eagle Store was professional and prompt and on-time. My tyre purchase experience was rounded off by Ms Soh sending me the sales invoice subsequently and also, a stationery pack as part of the Children's Day Celebrations gift - it is nevertheless, pleasant thou' am not a child anymore. I will highly recommend Tyrepac to anyone who is reading this and my friends. Services provided are thorough, honest and professional. And yes, I'll definitely be patronising Tyrepac again for my future tyre purchases! Thank you Tyrepac and please let me know if u bring in Bridgestones one day! :) Dr Tan.

I called to enquire about alignment services which may be provided by the preferred fitting workshops. Without hesitation, Ms Seow Sian asked for my preferred area of workshop and she called to check for me. She also asked if I were to purchase any tyres and go with my alignment. The procedures were clearly spelt out by her. Although I did not choose to do my alignment at the workshop she checked for me, Ms Seow Sian thanked me for calling. I browsed the various types last night but was not sure which to buy. This morning I call the customer service – am glad I called them. The person on the line was LER. 1. Very professional 2. Good product knowledge 3. Able to recommend which to go for based on car type. Even though I had some ideas which I wanted, he convinced me on an alternative with his good product knowledge. 4. Walked me through the order online, a few clicks here & there which finished with an online payment by CC or bank transfer 5. There many locations around the island to have the tires fitted. Just indicate your preference, the tyres are delivered to that shop location at a prearranged time. 6. Good price! The experience was very pleasant, efficient & fast. Most of all, competitive pricing and you can take your time to browse through the various types and read the review before deciding. This is an interesting concept and fresh. The agent was able to answer all my questions without any problems and even educated me about tyre changing. One year on, the company has continued to prove itself in sustaining the service superiority that I had experienced the first time round. I have just ordered tyres to replace my current ones from Tyrepac but unfortunately the model that I chose was found to be depleted after I have done the transaction online. The staff, Seow Sian contacted me, informed me of the situation and offered a replacement model instead. I did not take in her initial recommendations but after which I accepted another proposed model as she is aware of the attributes that I look for through my conversation with her. I am glad that she bother to listen and take steps to help out the decision process for the customer rather than getting over and done with the situation.(It is a sunday and mother's day, I am sure she has her programmes too). This is another example of great service attitude that seem to be a strong culture within this organisation. Again, I am greatly impressed. Kudos once again to the service excellence of Tyrepac. :-)

Initially baffled by the process of purchasing tyre for my Citroen Berlingo van, I engaged the online support and Ms Seow assisted me. With my budget and use in mind, I settled down for the Cooper tyres at a great bargain. Since the front 2 tyres were balding out, I tried to get it done today and Ms Seow put in alot of effort and assurance throughout the process of purchasing till settlement. And I fixed the tyres at Eagle store at Ubi within 2hrs of my purchase (when in fact, it takes 2 working days). I'm very happy cz it was super-easy, very cheap (compared to store purchase) and great customer service. Last but not least, I could choose the tyre and fix it at my own convenient time. Well-recommended!

I was introduced to Ler and Tyrepac through a dear friend. I must say initially was sceptical someone could source me a performance tyre online, make a right recommendation given I was using Semi-Slick tyres. And do this all within 6 hours. I was totally blank on how to bring the car to workshop or even pump station and being on 3rd day of CNY make it even harder when, most workshop are closed. Hence, I tried my luck on internet and thank God I found TyrePac website and Mr Ler assisted me by arranging his retailer nearest to my home to assist me as his worker were also not back from Malaysia. In less than 1 hr (12pm), Mr Ethan and his assistance from Arrow Tyres arrived and brought back my tyres to their workshop for testing and in less than 45 minutes my tyres are back at my car and the cost for such fast professional home service was reasonably low. Andrew On Monday, November 23, 2009 in Singapore I had my front right tyre slash when I turn right to align with the pavement in front of Blk 5 Marine Terrace on Sat 6pm to pick up my sis-in-law, the pavement had broken off a slab of bricks on the road and I didn't see it. Worst still my VW Touran had no spare with only a repair kit for nail punctures. AA was only able to come tow me 1-2 hrs later because of the weekend and by that time most Tyre shops I called have closed. We went online and search for Tyres in Singapore click on the first website which thank god was Tyre Pac and got hold of Mr Ler, and even though he explained that he could not get hold of the tyre for my car at this hour, he called his retailers and got a Mr Wee to come rescue me. In 15 mins the Van arrived, took out my tyre and he went back to his workshop replace it with a used tire came back in 30 mins to fix the tire back to my car, just to help me get through the weekend. What impress me was, I'm not even a customer of Tyre Pac and I got this type of service from Mr Ler - "Now I will only change my tyres with Tyre Pac"

I am driving the latest Toyota Vios which OEM tyre size is rather odd , 185/60 R15. This leaves me with little choice and therefore I decided to get some espert advice online. However, as cost was a critical factor, I decided to make a personal call to TyrePac to find out more details. I was attended to by one Mr Ler. He is knowledgeable about his products, customer-centric in the sense he makes a genuine effort to understand the customer's requirements and tries to match his products to the customer's needs, and above all, he is very honest and truthful in his dealings with me. He was upfront on the pros and cons of the few brands I shortlisted. There was no hard-sell at all. I opted for the mobile fitting service and the additional $20 was well worth its money. Everything was done at a public carpark and what surprised me most was that the tyre-balancing was even done in the fitter's truck itself! The entire job was completed professionally in under an hour for all 4 tyres. I had opted for a lesser known brand and made in China but don't let it fool you. The tyres were just as good as the branded ones meeting my needs for comfort and quietness. Have yet to try on wet roads to test its grip and aquapanning features. For its price (I am paying at slightly more than half the price of a branded tyre), I believe I got a good deal from TyrePac. For those who are not bothered with branding and just want good value for money tyres, I strongly recommend you all to have a few words with Mr Ler. He is really a true-blue tyre professional!

I did a few price checking among the popular workshops(Jewellery Brand and Cinema Name) and TyrePac either offer the same or beat them. Thumbs up for the mobile fitment services as well! They came to my workplace to change the tyres and it was done during my lunch time. They had all the machines which was used in the workshop in the truck. The wheels were well-balanced and everything was done in about 30 mins. The tyre I got was very new. The reading 0709 means that the production date was about mid Feb 09. This is considered pretty new. I had bad experience with the "jewellery brand" workshop who sold me a 2 years old tyres, resulting in premature hardening and wear & tear. I read their reviews on the internet and found it is a good set of tyres at a good price equal to Goodyear. The rolling resistance is low and contribute to lower fuel consumption. It is also made in Finland and Nokian V and the Z G2 has good test results. You should try Nokian.

Excellent communication and follow-up from Ler. Seems like a very professional set-up. Installed 4 x Nokian Z tyres on my Mazda CX-7. Have done about 450km on the tyres as on date. Have to admit that the tyres are very quiet (compared to the Advan ST I was on earlier). Another thing I have noticed is that the tyres have excellent rolling capability i.e. when I take the foot off the pedal, the car loses speed very slowly. I can already notice that the fuel efficiency has improved. Bottom line - very happy with the Nokian as of now.

It was 5pm on a weekday afternoon when my car servicing workshop called to tell me they could not find the bolt needed to unlock my wheel nut. I was desperate as all the tyre shops were closed for the day, and I needed to locate one that could correctly identify the unlocking bolt my rim needed. That was when I remembered Tyrepac and thought they could help. I had read about Tyrepac months earlier, so I hurriedly logged onto this website and initiated a Live Chat with Ms. Seow Sian. To my pleasant surprise, Ms. Seow Sian stayed "on the line" with me for almost an hour. She even requested that I email over a photo of my rims so she could help me identify the manufacturer. One can only imagine the amount of hard work she must have done at her end, calling up the tyre suppliers to match the make and model of the rims. It was definitely no mean feat on her part. All this was done extremely professionally and promptly, although it must have been near closing time for Tyrepac as well! Finally, Ms. Seow Sian came back with a possible supplier of the rims, and referred me to a tyre retailer who sold them along with the contact number of a mechanic who could help. She did all of this willingly, despite the fact that I wasn't online that day to purchase tyres from Tyrepac. I was deeply impressed. In the course of my work I have interacted with my fair share of online retailers. Most of them have a "Live Chat" button on their websites, but most provide only cursory support aimed at getting the visitor to buy. On the contrary, Ms. Seow Sian showed that she genuinely cared about the customer and was willing to provide the best service possible. In the evening after the whole episode, I even received a phone call from Mr. Ler, the Managing Director himself, to make sure that everything was alright. I dare say that if I have to purchase tyres for my cars from now on, it will be from Tyrepac. They have just made me a customer for life and I unequivocally recommend their services. In the shady world of car workshops and unscrupulous tyre shops, Tyrepac is a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

My experience with Tyrepac came after a tiring search for the right tyre size/brand from those regular tyre shops in industrial and HDB estates and being let down by countless broken promises of these shops. I was looking around for a set of tyres for my car. Unfortunately, there were not make makes and models with the right size. I chanced upon Tyrepac on the internet and decided to give them a call. Ms Soh Seow Sian received my call enquiry and helped me check the availability of my tyre size and the corresponding brand and tyre models. She has a good product knowledge and was able to advise me on the 'best possible brand/model for my car'. Despite being a firm supporter and customer of Bridgestone tyres (which Tyrepac does not sell), I was impressed and convinced by Ms Soh's recommendations. And so, I bought a set of 4 Japan-made Goodyear Eagle LS2000 Hybrid 2 (225/60R16-98H) immediately. Prices were very reasonable (offer as well!) and it saved me a significant sum over purchasing from other 'roadside' tyre shops. Ms Soh's excellent customer service did not end there at the click of 'submit' for my purchase; she went the extra mile to personally make arrangements for an earlier (soonest possible) installation day and time for me, and also recommending me to Eagle Store @ Eunos Techpark for fitting. The service (installation) provided by Terry @ Eagle Store was professional and prompt and on-time. My tyre purchase experience was rounded off by Ms Soh sending me the sales invoice subsequently and also, a stationery pack as part of the Children's Day Celebrations gift - it is nevertheless, pleasant thou' am not a child anymore. I will highly recommend Tyrepac to anyone who is reading this and my friends. Services provided are thorough, honest and professional. I ordered some tyres for the BMW 730 today and had it fitted within 2 to 3 hours after I ordered. I didn’t know they sell tyres online nowadays! I browsed the various types last night but was not sure which to buy. This morning I call the customer service – am glad I called them. The person on the line was LER. 1. Very professional 2. Good product knowledge 3. Able to recommend which to go for based on car type. Even though I had some ideas which I wanted, he convinced me on an alternative with his good product knowledge. 4. Walked me through the order online, a few clicks here & there which finished with an online payment by CC or bank transfer 5. There many locations around the island to have the tires fitted. Just indicate your preference, the tyres are delivered to that shop location at a prearranged time. 6. Good price! The experience was very pleasant, efficient & fast. Most of all, competitive pricing and you can take your time to browse through the various types and read the review before deciding. This is an interesting concept and fresh. I had purchased my tyres from Tyrepac a year ago and my experience was detailed on 16th Mar 2009 under the testimonial column. One year on, the company has continued to prove itself in sustaining the service superiority that I had experienced the first time round. I have just ordered tyres to replace my current ones from Tyrepac but unfortunately the model that I chose was found to be depleted after I have done the transaction online. The staff, Seow Sian contacted me, informed me of the situation and offered a replacement model instead. I did not take in her initial recommendations but after which I accepted another proposed model as she is aware of the attributes that I look for through my conversation with her. I am glad that she bother to listen and take steps to help out the decision process for the customer rather than getting over and done with the situation.(It is a sunday and mother's day, I am sure she has her programmes too). This is another example of great service attitude that seem to be a strong culture within this organisation. Again, I am greatly impressed. Kudos once again to the service excellence of Tyrepac. :-)

Absolutely great! Initially baffled by the process of purchasing tyre for my Citroen Berlingo van, I engaged the online support and Ms Seow assisted me. With my budget and use in mind, I settled down for the Cooper tyres at a great bargain. Since the front 2 tyres were balding out, I tried to get it done today and Ms Seow put in alot of effort and assurance throughout the process of purchasing till settlement. And I fixed the tyres at Eagle store at Ubi within 2hrs of my purchase (when in fact, it takes 2 working days). I'm very happy cz it was super-easy, very cheap (compared to store purchase) and great customer service. Last but not least, I could choose the tyre and fix it at my own convenient time. Just ordered Goodyear LS2000 from tyrepac.com.sg and was doubtful about how they would deliver the service as this is the first time for me. called their staff and they were very patient to advise the payment, the manufacturing date of the tyre I was looking for and the delivery etc. Right before the installation date at the store of my choice I got a call from the tyrepac telling me the engineer will be a bit late and then called me again when they are ready. When I returned from my holiday trip on 16 Feb, I found 3 of my car tyres punctured at my carpark. I was totally blank on how to bring the car to workshop or even pump station and being on 3rd day of CNY make it even harder when, most workshop are closed. Hence, I tried my luck on internet and thank God I found TyrePac website and Mr Ler assisted me by arranging his retailer nearest to my home to assist me as his worker were also not back from Malaysia. In less than 1 hr (12pm), Mr Ethan and his assistance from Arrow Tyres arrived and brought back my tyres to their workshop for testing and in less than 45 minutes my tyres are back at my car and the cost for such fast professional home service was reasonably low. Purchased a set of tyres from Tyrepac earlier this month. Initially, I had some reservations about buying tyres online, but my worries dissipated soon after I spoke to the the service staff, Seow Sian, over the phone. She was able to patiently advice me and promptly looked into my request to have the tyres fitted as soon as possible over the weekend. This is the kind of quality customer service that any consumer would appreciate. On top of the good service, the pricing of the tyres was pretty competitive. I say this after having done some extensive research online and making numerous calls to the tyre shops. I would certainly consider Tyrepac for my next tyre change.

I had my front right tyre slash when I turn right to align with the pavement in front of Blk 5 Marine Terrace on Sat 6pm to pick up my sis-in-law, the pavement had broken off a slab of bricks on the road and I didn't see it. Worst still my VW Touran had no spare with only a repair kit for nail punctures. AA was only able to come tow me 1-2 hrs later because of the weekend and by that time most Tyre shops I called have closed. We went online and search for Tyres in Singapore click on the first website which thank god was Tyre Pac and got hold of Mr Ler, and even though he explained that he could not get hold of the tyre for my car at this hour, he called his retailers and got a Mr Wee to come rescue me. In 15 mins the Van arrived, took out my tyre and he went back to his workshop replace it with a used tire came back in 30 mins to fix the tire back to my car, just to help me get through the weekend. What impress me was, I'm not even a customer of Tyre Pac and I got this type of service from Mr Ler - "Now I will only change my tyres with Tyre Pac"

Got a good deal and good advice from Ler. The good thing is that he was patient with me, even with my wide range of questions and comments. First thing he did was to recommend what other tyre shops wouldn't, a good cheap, value-for-money tyre, even though my first choice wasn't that; due to common misconceptions. Got an excellent price for Goodyear LS2000 Hybrid 2 and a further 2 percent discount by using Internet Banking to transfer. The best part was fitment was done near my home in Admiralty Drive, the factory is just next door. Dont have to queue, all done in less than half an hour. Excellent service.

I was looking to replace 4 pcs of my tyre and chance upon Tyrepac website while surfing internet. I am driving the latest Toyota Vios which OEM tyre size is rather odd , 185/60 R15. This leaves me with little choice and therefore I decided to get some espert advice online. Seow Sian attended to me and have recommended that I can consider 195/55 R15. I check through the tyre list and found the Good Year LS2000 on offer which is very good deal since I know the market price. I made the payment through the web the next day morning and got my tyre change in the afternoon. I am very please with the service and efficiency and kudos to Tyrepac team especially Seow Sian. I have to admit I had my reservations about buying tyres on the internet. However, as cost was a critical factor, I decided to make a personal call to TyrePac to find out more details. I was attended to by one Mr Ler. He is knowledgeable about his products, customer-centric in the sense he makes a genuine effort to understand the customer's requirements and tries to match his products to the customer's needs, and above all, he is very honest and truthful in his dealings with me. He was upfront on the pros and cons of the few brands I shortlisted. There was no hard-sell at all. I opted for the mobile fitting service and the additional $20 was well worth its money. Everything was done at a public carpark and what surprised me most was that the tyre-balancing was even done in the fitter's truck itself! The entire job was completed professionally in under an hour for all 4 tyres. I had opted for a lesser known brand and made in China but don't let it fool you. The tyres were just as good as the branded ones meeting my needs for comfort and quietness. Have yet to try on wet roads to test its grip and aquapanning features. For its price (I am paying at slightly more than half the price of a branded tyre), I believe I got a good deal from TyrePac. For those who are not bothered with branding and just want good value for money tyres, I strongly recommend you all to have a few words with Mr Ler. He is really a true-blue tyre professional!

I am impressed by the instant live reply from Linus. He had given me a good range of typres to choose from my budget i set for him. As i need to get the tyre fix the very next day, he had been able make arrangement for me to be done near my home. The Advanti Tyre shop that i went to also provide me with good services. They told me that my aircon filter is turning bad and my brake pad has been worn out even through they do not sell any of the services. I would recommend to change my tyres on my next visit definitely.

I am very impressed with TyrePac services. Great customer services and good pricing. The sales person was patient and very helpful with my queries. I did a few price checking among the popular workshops(Jewellery Brand and Cinema Name) and TyrePac either offer the same or beat them. Thumbs up for the mobile fitment services as well! They came to my workplace to change the tyres and it was done during my lunch time. They had all the machines which was used in the workshop in the truck. The wheels were well-balanced and everything was done in about 30 mins. The tyre I got was very new. The reading 0709 means that the production date was about mid Feb 09. This is considered pretty new. I had bad experience with the "jewellery brand" workshop who sold me a 2 years old tyres, resulting in premature hardening and wear & tear. TyrePac will be my top of list if not, the only place that I would go for my tyre change. Strongly recommended! Great job, TyrePac!

My car tyres were due for changing as were worn out. I checked with several workshops and they gave me different pricing and information about the tyres. I happen to chance upon tyrepac, and saw that the prices for the tyres were reasonable, and the best of all, they were very knowledgeable with what their selling and were able to give the best advice, unlike the other retailers who just want to earn your business and didn't bother about explaining the difference in tyres. Best of all, Tyrepac offers mobile changement service which saved me ALOT of time, as well as petrol costs to go down to the specific workshop to change tyres. I had ordered tyres from Tyrepac as I was impressed with the list of choices available and the ease of choosing tyres through the online system. A glitch was made by Tyrepac on the delivery process, the tyres delivered were Thai-made rather than from Japan, which were the ones that I ordered. A email was written to the company and the MD called within 10 minutes to apologise about the glitch. A refund cheque for the price difference between the Japanese and the Thai model, as well as a gift pack was immediately arranged and delivered to me on the very day. This is superior attitude in resolving customers' issue!!! This had greatly boosted my confidence in the reliability and the customer-centric attitude of the company. I am glad that there is a problem in my transaction or else I will not be able to distinguish this excellent company from the many players out there. I am totally pleased with Tyrepac service, a happy customer indeed!!! The tyre which I bought, 20550R16 was too big which is hitting my car fenders as my car is lowered. Tyrepac took the extra effort & service to bring in 20545R16 to me the next day w/o extra adminstrative cost except the cost increase for the lower profile t yre . The fitting shop recommended by Tyrepac Managing Director at Kaki Bukit (Goodyear Eagle Store) was brilliant. Not even a single scratch brush on my expensive rims as he has said.
